So I created this event on facebook called positive motivation. Check it out!! Positive Fitness Motivation Event!! I would love to tell you why I am doing this event and how you may be part of it and what is needed.
1) Positive People - People looking to get and receive positive encouragement about weight loss, life challenges and generally people looking to make an impact.
2) Core - At your core, you can do anything if you decide deep in your soul that is important.
3) Excuses - Leave them at the door. Open your mind to new possibilities
4) Sharing - Be open, offer encouragement, maybe your story can inspire others
5) Up's and downs - Nobody can be positive all the time. Reach out and ask for some motivation. No sitting on your ass.
6) Check in and out of the event - Be an active participant, just follow. Whatever you can get out of it to make your life better.
7) Don't give on you - Fight for your life and happiness.
8) Challenge your ass - Chance are it has been challenging you and it has been winning. Time to focus on flipping that around.
9) 1 hour a day - Commit to a fitness hour. Walking, at home DVD. something. I know on days I don't commit to something I feel more tired.
10) Better- Starting now it gets better, life, fitness, love, it start to turn around because simply, you deserve it.
