Junk in the Trunk!!

Ok, so maybe you have some junk in the trunk, a big butt, a booty.  whatever it is.  You are tired of being tired.  Sometimes you just need to re-evaluate.  The last two weeks have nee tough for me on the work out end as I have had to travel but hearing about the beachbody summitt it has fired me up to get back on track.

Don't be knocking the junk in the trunk.  We all have to start somewhere.  Remember nobody is perfect. 
  1. Maybe you start with a walk instead of sitting on the couch.
  2. Maybea drink of water instead of soda 
  3. Maybe a crunch or maybe 10.
  4. Then you start taking the stairs instead of the elevator. 
  5. Then you leave the extra piece of pizza on the table, 
  6. Then maybe you start to eat better and feel better.
  7. Maybe that special person who never noticed you before is now noticing you. 
  8. Maybe you starting getting that self-esteem back
  9. Maybe you check the scale and you lose 2lbs and then 10.
  10. Maybe you turn from junk in the trunk, to a star in the sky.

We all have our journey's.  Maybe you got the junk but I know your star is out there.  Go get it.  Not maybe!!  Start today!!
