Don't be knocking the junk in the trunk. We all have to start somewhere. Remember nobody is perfect.
- Maybe you start with a walk instead of sitting on the couch.
- Maybea drink of water instead of soda
- Maybe a crunch or maybe 10.
- Then you start taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
- Then you leave the extra piece of pizza on the table,
- Then maybe you start to eat better and feel better.
- Maybe that special person who never noticed you before is now noticing you.
- Maybe you starting getting that self-esteem back
- Maybe you check the scale and you lose 2lbs and then 10.
- Maybe you turn from junk in the trunk, to a star in the sky.
We all have our journey's. Maybe you got the junk but I know your star is out there. Go get it. Not maybe!! Start today!!
