Drop the skittles and ice cream you are under arrest!!!

OK, maybe it is not that dramatic but for too long, you may be like me where you have tried every workout in the book but you have not received results.  Maybe, it's because your eating habits are just ridiculous. 

It's time to start watching what you eat.  You know what's good and bad for you.  Start with the basics

1) Water
2) Fruits and vegetables
3) Don't eat two hours before bed.
4) Get out and get active, anything to get you off your ass.
5) No excuses.  your workouts, your results.
6) Everyone else.  who cares, that's them, this is you.
7) Looking for inspiration, how about being the isnpiration
8) I can't means I won't.  I struggle means, I have a shot.  I will means well I will.
9) Accountablity -Bring the fire.
10) Fall down, get up, fall down get up. Fall down, get up.


Now I have to go I am under arrest, damn skittles!!!
