Rededication - Getting back into it.

Ok, so I had to travel for work this week and missed two days of workouts.  If you know me, that is a life time of not testing my body and pushing myself.  I was really tired this week and was on an airplane for many hours over a 3 day period.  In my old days before beachbody, this would have sent me for a loop and I would have gone another week complaining about bring tired and continuing to complain about being fat and out of shape.

Today, I change my direction and rededicate myself to getting after it. I always feel great after pushing myself with my workouts so I simply acknowledge the break and I get back to my routine of crushing it.  Sometimes your body slows down and you need the break.  I stress sometimes.  Sometimes, people use this as an excuse to get out of their routine. Don't fall into this trap.

Sentence of the day,  Rededicate yourself.  Take the break, no more than a couple of days and then get back to it.  Rededicate to getting yourself in peak shape.  Lose the fat and let's get ready to turn heads at the beach this summer.
