Negativity: so your doing one of those beachbody programs, all of those people on TV are already in great shape and these programs really don't work on average people like us. One hour a day, come on, Do you know what my schedule is. Kid time, work, TV shows, dinner, I could not possibly work out at home, too much distraction. Besides I go to the gym 3 times a week, ok maybe, once a week, ok last tuesday i ran on the treadmill for 15 minutes. you'll never convince me these programs work.
Positive: So you took the plunge and bought one of those beachbody programs. My energy is sky high. One week in and I can see I have more energy, no weight loss yet but I made it through the tough part. Week 3, Chris you losing weight. There is something different. i lost 3 lbs, nothing great so far, have to work the diet. Week 5. 10lbs, you serious. "Insanity is off the hook." come on you mean from the TV. It looks so hard. Me "You want results, you have to push play and push through" 60 days, lose 30 lbs and will not stop I am addicted. Became a coach and now I am helping others. I am bringing this value to the masses. Why, because it works. Once you are in, you never want to get out. "Where do you get the time?" I MAKE THE TIME" My health is everything. I need energy for everything i do in life. I am all about high energy and passion. don't tell me what I can't do. Encourage me to do more, to be better.
It's all about you finding the power inside of yourself. Excuses are for losers. Notice, when people ask you about your fitness goals, they want to bring you do because they have never taken the chance. take people's negative energy to fuel yourself. It truly is inside of you.
Notice your energy level, you will start to feel it. All it takes is you and the willingness to take the leap. Take the negativity and use it as rocket fuel.
