Fight for Your Fitness Goals

I have many people ask me how did I lose the weight.  I am losing weight because I am changing my life style.  I am fighting for my fitness goals.  You have to work at it every day.

No one can do the work for you.  no one can decide for you that you are fat or out of shape.  You need to have that a-ha moment.  The moment when you decide that your body means something to you.  You look at yourself in the mirror and you decide to fight.   Belive me, if you think it is a fight, then you will need a plan. 

The plan needs to be everyday. Eating, drinking and working out.  all the same, all critical.  My biggest issue is the eating, I have gotten better but it is still a struggle.

My fitness goals is to get people to ask me, "How can I get my body to be like yours" It's a journey but that is my goal.
