I had a new customer come into my beachbody family and he asked me what does a coach do. I simply told him that I am here to help people reach their fitness goals. I can be as involved as you want me to be but I told him straight up. I can't do the work for him and I can't make up excuses for him. It all comes down to him and what he does each and every day. But i can offer motivation, love and support. Here are some things to consider.
1) Every day 1 hour - Fitness is all about a routine. I workout when I get home period. This is my time to take care of my body. My wife and kids thank me for it because I then have more energy and time for them. It's a win win.
2) Thinking about working out- I am more upset when i miss a day, than was never the case before. It is so easy to miss a day and then miss two then miss 3. Make time during the day as your time.
3) Impress my wife - I have been married for 15 years. I want my wife to think i am still hot.
4) My business - Being a beachbody coach is about living the lifestyle and keeping people fired up. The more I think about others and their journey, the more it motivates me to crank out the workouts.
5)ccookies and pizza and crazy stuff - I'm sorry, if there is an awesome cooking, I am going to grab it. I know now that their are tradeoffs, before it was eat those slices, now it's eat the slices but get back into the workout.
6) Get people asking you want you are doing - Be your own success story, why can't you believe that you can be the person that people say. "what are you doing to lose that weight"
7) Don't Blame others- My wife made this food and I had to eat it. If no one has a gun to your head when you are eating, it is all in your power to modify. Don't blame others, you make the choices, you have the power to make the changes.
8) Bad Day -Don't let one bad day turn into 3 and then a week then you are the couch potatoe I am here to keep you fired up, no excuses.
9) Don't ever give up on yourself- You have a tremendous potential to make the changes.
10) Today - Make today the starting point.
I will not give up on getting fit. I am on a quest. Can you help me. Can I help you
