5 Things that have changed since I started my workout journey

This fitness thing has really put me in a good mood.  I really feel like the energy I am getting by pushing myself has been truly life changing.  There are 5 things that have changed since I started my journey that I would love to share.

1) Motivation - I am motivated to do a lot more things around my house, Clean, laundry, with more energy become more things I can think of doing

2) What are you doing?-love hearing this. love telling people

3) Wife - Wife is giving me compliments, always a good thing.

4)Shakeology - I am actually drinking something that is good for me.  No hype, doctors love it.  Chocolate better then greenberry.  Have samples if you want some.  click this link to learn more 

5) Push up's - I find myself for no reason just dropping on a  dime and doing 20.  It is truly inside of me.


I really don't look at a scale.  I look at my energy level and happiness.  Am I on the right path.  Am I pushing myself to sweat and improve.  All of these answers have been yes.

What has really changed is that I have met some awesome people that have truly helped me on my journey.  I am holding them accountable and they are holding me accountable.

It's about finding your 5 things that can help you get in shape.
