My upline coach Tim Barry he is super cool threw down the gauntlet tonight. How about everyone on the Just Show Up Team becomes a Diamond coach by the end of the year?. I thought, this is what I need. I need this big ass goal to focus my energy. How can I get fit and also tell as many people I know about this great opportunity with Beachbody. I have some preliminary goals.
1) Be Super helpful to my current coaches. Lauri Bowen and Natalie Sardone. anything I can do to help them be successful is first and foremost on my mind.
2) Stay fit and tell my story. These programs completlely work and I have seen awesome results. Some people will love me for it and some people will want nothing to do with it. I will focus on the people who will love me for it!!
3) Learn - Educate myself on fitness and what it takes to get superfit and share my knowledge with people.
4) Help other coaches not in my business - That's right. Pay it forward. Can I help others coaches reach their goals. It's all about people and getting fit. If I can help great but if i can't, stare them to someone who can.
5)Work the Business - This is no hobby, This is a business. I will dedicate myself to spend time, talking to people, but more importantly, listening to people's stories about fitness and their struggles.
6) Explain the Beachbody opportunity - Starting a business can be scary, how you can make money and in turn be your own boss, make your own rules and offer support to people and watch them become successful. This will make my year.
7) Accept Rejection - Some people may not think this opportunity is not for them. Accept that fact and concentrate my efforts on people who truly want to become coaches and change their lives.
8) Be there but not be overbearing -The last thing I want to do is tell people over and over again that this is the greatest business opportunity in the history of the world. Even though it is. Plant the seed and let others decide. But follow up with people who do show an interest.
9) Be happy for other people success - Maybe my business will not grow as fast as other 10 star diamonds or other high end coaches in the business. Be grateful for the people I have met and inspired, if for nothing else, i have made new friends
10) Lifestyle - Promote my websites mission- Through our positive outlook, determination, we will become financially and physically fit and motivate others to become the same!!!
