Let me be your motivation. Recognize that today will be the day that you turn everything around. Maybe someone picked on you for your weight or you never got the guy or girl because of your weight. You decided so what, I'm fat, it's who I am.
It's not who you are. Who you are is what is in your heart and in your soul and in your personality. I became a beachbody coach because too many people have given up on God's greatest gift, your body. You can bring the sexy back. It is all in you.
Ok, so today you are fat and you see no hope, but now you want to change, you want to have a plan. Decide this moment that you will replace soda with water. You will start walking instead of sitting, those two little things get you going.
