Twas the Night Before Christmas - Beachbody Style

OK, you know how much I love beachbody products and getting fit.  I love Christmas and I love blogging so here we go.forgive me for not rhyming :)

Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even Shaun T from Insanity or a mouse!!.
The P90X resistance bandswere hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that Carl Daikler soon would be there.

The beachbody coaches were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of emeralds, rubies and diamonds  dancing in their heads.
And mamma in her ‘insanity shirt, and I in my p90x hat,
Had just settled our brains down for a coaches call chat.

When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from childs pose to see what was the matter.
Away to the window I flew like a flash,
Tore open the shutters and turbo kicked up the sash.

The moon on the breast of the new-fallen snow
Gave the lustre of mid-day to objects below.
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But a crazy new body that I now hold dear.

With a crazy fit guy, so lively and quick to me,
I knew in a moment it must be Shaun T.
More rapid than eagles his coursers they came,
And he whistled, and shouted Dig Deeper, and called them by name!

"Now Chris, and Tonia and Akeel now Ashley and Jimmy
On, Comet! On, Cupid! on Donner and Blitzen!
To the top of the mountain with mountain climbers! to the top of the wall!
Now dash away! Dash away! Dash away all!"

As dry leaves that before the wild hurricane fly,
When they meet with an obstacle, work through the pain or die.
So with moving pushups and switch kicks they flew,
With the sleigh full of shakeology and resistance bands too..

And then, in a twinkling, I heard on the roof
The prancing and pawing of each little hoof.
As I drew in my head, and was turning around,
New coaches were joining for free, opportunity is what they found.

Before I found a program I was chubby and plump, a right jolly old elf,
And I tried to diet and workout, truly doubting myself!
But with a little bit of help and the right thoughts in my head
I soon realized that workouts were nothing to dread

I spring up in delight with a shout and a whistle
I can do 40 pushups.  I swear I am a workout pistol
For I hope you found my little poem a delight
"Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good-night!"
