Positive Fitness - A Mantra

The hardest thing about getting in shape is that people expect results to happen immediately.  It just doesn't happen.  Once a couple of weeks go by, people start turning negative, give up and start to go back to their bad routines.

My goal is to try to live positive fitness routine.  Start to sweat and believe in yourself.  There will be set backs and the results may not come as fast as you want but what I try to do is to stay positive.  Here is some guideline to live by.




1) Water - Replace soda and juices with water, it is clear and good for you.

2) Find someone - Help is all around you, seek out like minded people that are dedicated to getting fit.  It has helped me
3)Plan -Have a goal and then work your way to that goal.

4) Pain - Respect the pain, feel the pain, breakthrough the pain.  Remember no pain no gain
5) Positive - Take pictures throughout your journey. It is such a positive thing to see where you have become and where you are going


Live the mantra, stay positive and be in  the moment.  don't let others get you down. This is your time!!!
