P90X - You bet your a$$ it is extreme

Ok, so I am through week 1 of P90X.  I am not going to lie.  It is tough,  The last couple of days have been a little easier with stretching and some yoga work which is a great mix because you really push yourself with chest and back and other exercises.  I am struggling a little with the diet but I am trying to lock myself in by tracking what I am eating which is has always been a problem for me.

I am doing this program because it works, so many people have taken this program and seriously and have gone from nothing to something.  I really wanted to find something a little bit different than Insanity but something that was just as extreme.  I make no excuses, some days are better than others but I am making the one hour committment each day.
