Myths - Lose 100lbs in 5 minutes!!!

I love when I read, see or hear people talk about how they can lose weight, not diet and not workout.  I just want to know what planet they reside on.  It's not earth.  The majority of our population does not like to workout.  I have no stats to back them up but if you read about obesity rates, they are climbing and it is not a great trend. What we put in our mouths and how we move our body is so critical to reversing this trend.  But I submit, these are not the most important things.

I believe the biggest thing holding us all back is the our own self-esteem.  Bottom line, you have to see that you have it inside of you to map out a plan and most importantly execute the plan.

I am no fitness genious and I am by no means in super shape, but I know I am getting there. I took upon myself to come up with a plan.  Results will not come overnight, they never due.  Too many of us give up after a week, two, maybe even a month.  Why?  Because working out makes you tired.  It's the people that flip their attitude around that come out on the other side.

Now, how do you do that.  You decide that working your body and the fuel you put in your body is just as important as taking a shower each morning. Wuld you ever leave the house without showering. You have 24 hours in a day, you shower once a day, find that 1 hour to walk, to lift, to run,  to take action.
