Day 2 - Plyometrics

This was a 58 minute workout that was a little bit easier for me as I had done several round of Insanity.  Lots of jumping which can hurt your knees so definitely do some of the moves in moderation.  Lots of breaks which were good.  Some of the moves were different which was great.  you defintely get your sweat on and the ongoing breaks were great..
