The Best Thing.... - Motivation toBe Something!!!

This post is not just fitness related but more of a primer to think about in you day to day lives. I try to carry these things with me everyday.Maybe they can help you.

1) The best thing in the world is to knowing you have someone who thinks you are the best thing going.Thank you to my wife!!!

2) The best thing is knowing that you are taking control of your weight and you will fight your bad habits with healthy habits
3) The best thing is having faith in something bigger than yourself
4) The best thing is to love your children unconditionally and being there no matter what
5) The best thing is to give compliments when compliments are needed and helping criticism when needed as well.

6) The best thing is to recognize beauty in others.
7) The best thing is to do that extra rep or extra yard during your workout, to push yourself farther and longer than you thought.
8) The best thing is to commit to a better life by being a better listener and better friend.I am trying to strive for that everyday
9) The best thing is being an original, no need to be fake!!
10) The best thing in life is hope. Hope that someday soon, all of your dreams will come true.
11) The best thing is to take action, life is nothing without taking action.  If you take action, maybe #10 become more of a reality

Find it in your life to find the best things and enjoy them, savor them and tell others about them.  It's easy to complain about the bad things. Search your soul and truly find the best things.  I am off to do one of the best things I know.  sleep!!! :)
