Ok, so you saw the title and you were like this is a fitness blog right? Anyway, everytime I start to think about my fitness progress I think of the title of this blog post. Three tasty treats (marshamallows, cupcakes and ice cream), love those foods but my journey needed to change from those treats to something different. Those foods represent a laziness and a lifestyle that I wanted to get away from. Don't get me wrong I am not successful all of the time but I am moving in the right direction.
I am in the losing weight phase and feel really awesome. It all about being confident in what you are doing and trying to work your machine everyday whether it's diet, fitness, reading, music. Make it a point to do one thing during the day related to fitness. Start today. The world is full of people that make excuses. Believe in yourself that you are going to flip your body into a new direction, a healthy one.
