OK so you are joining the challenge and you are not sure what to expect. Well, you came to the right place. Let me tell you what you can expect.
Diet - Get rid of the junk, if you have to ask, it is probably junk. Water, fruits, whole grains, Follow the p90x diet, if you need info, hit me up
Daily Encouragment - We are going to put our minds to this and we are going to sweat and work harder than we have ever worked before. If you need encouragment hit me up.
Up's and Down's - There will be timnes we want to quit and there will be times we are feeling super awesome, We are going to keep an even keel so not to sway from our goal.
Buddy Up - I am positivefitness in WOWY. Find me or help me find you. Find someone to hold you accountable.
Time - 1 hour per day. find it and make it your own. Your body will thank you.
Sexy Back - If you didn't get the memo, we are bringing it back.
Jealous - People will start becoming jealous of you for a change
Power - You will have it and you will share it.
Results - Communicate to all of us, how you are doing even 1 lbs lost is 1lb lost.
Life - Don't beat yourself up if you miss one workout, this is a lifestyle change, it is not going to happen overnight
Push yourself- If you aint sweating hard, then you are probably not pushing yourself. Push yourself but check yourself no reason to get hurt.
Give it time - Don't weigh yourself everyday, results will not come overnight, this is a process.
Calories - In and out is the name of the game
Story - Share your story, God knows I love hearing amazing results from amazing people
Fun - Have fun and make new friends
