On Feb 15,2010, I started out on my fitness journey by purchasing Insanity. This 60 day Cardio program has changed my life and I have lost 30 lbs. In May 2010, I decided to become a beachbody coach. I believe that the Beachbody brand (P90X,Insanity, TurboJam, Slim in 6 are some of the best fitness programs on the market.) I always wanted to start my own business and I believe I am in a win win situation. Getting fit and become financially independent.
What does it mean to be a Beachbody coach?
1) You want to live the product. Purchase a beachbody program and start getting results for your own personal health. If you are a coach,you want to live the lifestyle. You don't need to be a fitness expert. Believe me I am not one.
2) How do I make money - Every time someone buys a beachbody product,supplement or gear from your site,you receive a commission (25%). Beachbody handles all of the customer service,shipping,the works. Your goal is to provide the motivation and the tools. Beachbody does the rest.
3) Are there different level of coaching and what do the levels mean? - There are different ranking system based on acheiving specific requirements
a) Active coach - (50 volume points per month)
b) Emerald coach - (You have 2 active qualified coaches personally sponsored by you and placed appropriately. (There are additional requirements to benefit by participation in the customer program) You really want to get to Emerald. the company will then start sending you customers.
c) Ruby Coach - (You have 2 Active qualified Emerald Coaches personallysponsered by you and placed appropriately)
d) Diamond Coach - (You have 2 qualified Emerald Coaches personally sponsored by you and placed appropriately and 6 other Personally sponsored Active Coaches)
4) How often will customer be placed in my backoffice once I get to Emerald Status? - It really depends on how many people purchase the program through their infomercials but I am hearing that 5-7 per week is the average. These are customers who have purchased a Beachbody product and are assigned to you as their coach. What other company just gives you future customers to you?
5) Is their a mininum amount to be sold each month? - You need to sell/generate 50 Volume Points per month (30) days to remain an active coach. (i.e Certain Products = A Certain Amount of Volume Points. I do shakeology home direct every month which is 90 PV which takes care of me being active and I am getting a great shake everyday!
6) OK, sounds great, How much does this cost me to get started? - Only $39.95 (one time only fee) to get your coach kit. The basic information and literature you need to know about becoming a coach. this fee includes your initial month web hosting fee.
7) How much is my monthly online web site/Business-Back Office management system? - Just a $14.95 web hosting fee to pay for your online office. (Team Beachbody takes care of the rest including tracking all sales and commission you generate.)
8) All coaches need 50 Volume Points every month to stay in active status - As far as volume points,
you can get on Home Direct shipped supplement pack that will earn you the necessary 50 VP's a month automatically so you won't have to worry about VP's at all while you are starting your business!
Becoming a coach will allow you to focus even more on your fitness journey and introduce you to a stream of income while doing it.
