Never Giving up!!

I will be 20 lbs lighter because I have convinced myself it is attainable.  My plan is to workout everyday. Treat your workouts like taking a morning shower.  You wouldn't leave your house without taking a shower.  You don't get overweight overnight,you should not expect to be ripped overnight.   It is a journey.  No one can force you to workout or be fit. you have to decide that enough is enough.  I am down 13 lbs with insanity and I love it.

  1. I wonder if I am not fully utilizing the workout program by not doing them at the same time everyday. I have a rough schedule with lots of school so I try to fit them in where I can throughout the day. They are definitely not at a specific time everyday. Think that's okay?
