I'm still breathing, I'm not dead yet. The wall.

When I started week 2 of Insanity.  I realized that I now have a plan.  I have a time to workout and I am dedicated.   5 Things I learned after the initial shock of Insanity.

1) Breathing - You will start to breath really hard.  Take two deep breaths and take breaks
2) Push yourself - Take breaks does not mean watching.  Get back into your routine fast.
3) Water - Get ride of that soda and bad liquids and start drinking more water.
4) Sweating - If you are not sweating hard,you are not working hard enough. It's your workout.  don;t cheat yourself.
5) Soreness - you are going to be sore.  Accept it.  Make sure you stretch,but you will be sore!!

In the second week,you are going to want to do more.  Resist the temptation,you are super psyched and you want results but your body needs breaks. Don't be discouraged!!!

  1. You really can't stress WATER enough. I drink about 3 small bottles a workout. It's THAT serious haha...
