Part I - Dig Deeper
I put the tape in and I am scared and excited. Max Interval Training - 3 Minutes kill yourself and 30 second break. There are some core values that Shaun points out, they are very valuable. Especially drinking water. If there is one thing to remember when starting out is to drink lots of water. If possible,get rid of soda,juice and stuff you know that you like but is bad for you.
Four moves to be aware of that will be the foundation for your Insanity workouts are highlighted. Jumps,Squats, Plank and C-sit.

Part II - Fit Test (25 Minutes)
I really call this "How bad am I out of Shape Activity" :).
Warm up - 1 minute 45 seconds. Basic moves but they will get you into a sweat
Stretch - 1 Minute 25 seconds - Good solid stretch
8 Different Exercises - There are 8 different fit test exercises and Shaun wants you to do as many as you can in one minute and to track them on your sheet.
Big Wake up call for me as I was winded and tired and sweating pretty bad. I thought, what was i Getting myself into. But 10-15 minutes after the workout. I started to feel good,sore but good that I finally made a commitment.
Here is hoping you make the same commitment.

You need to get your brother on this track! Hope you took a before photo and are tracking your progress with photos. Nothing motivates more than proof and jealousy.
