Are you bringing sexy back!!!

Ok, so the weather is getting warmer and the new years resolution's are wearing off but you have now decided that it is time to bring your sexy back.  Now what do I mean by that.

Summer time is coming and you want to hit the beach or the family cook out and you want those clothes to be tight around your crazy abs.

1) Motivation - You want to make excuses.  I can't or I won't will never allow you to acheive anything. Start thinking about what you can do.  Walking,running,bicycle or if you are crazy and need to go loco.  Try insanity.

2) Food - Be conscious but not crazy.  I have trouble watching calories and reading labels. I am not going to kill myself if I have two pieces of pizza.  You know what is bad, you know what is good.  Two things that are working for me.  Water, water, water.  (Get rid of soda and dairy.) Cold turkey baby

3) Compliments - Selfishly I am trying to get compliments.  I want people to know I am working hard.  I also like to compliment people if they are losing weight. It is one of the best compliments to get and receive. So if you see me, tell me I have a nice ass.  OK,maybe not yet.  I have not brought sexy all the way back yet :)

4) Two hours before bed. - Don't eat if possible.  it is all about digestion

Getting fit is a job and an adventure.  There will be set backs and you will fall down.  My goal is to get wash board abs.  I need your help.  I am bringing sexy back.  Hopefully you will to
