Are you an example!!

I have posted many times about my journey as a beachbody coach.  Many ups and many downs.  Some people are very excited to hear about the programs, some people don't believe they work.  It is difficult talking to some people because quite honestly they think it is a pyramid scheme.  They think that the only goal of a coach is to make money and get coaches under them so that the coaches below them can help the coaches  above them become rich.  Some people will always think this and no amount of convincing will change that.  Success and failure in my mind is first and foremost about attitude.  I offer you 3 things I think about a beachbody coach should be about.

1)  My workouts-  How can I be an example of this business if I am not doing  a beachbody workout.  I always think that the best people in this business are people who are crazy passionate about a workout they are doing or they have demonstrated crazy results. Results always gets people interested in learning more.

2) There is  no  magical answer - I always find it interesting when people ask many questions about a program.  while at times it is helpful, people who ask alot of questions are sometimes looking for a magical answer.  there is no magical answer. There is calories in and calories out and working hard.

3) Giving up - Many coaches I know give up before they really truly try.  Coaches are running  a business.  You are looking to invite people into your business.  You are talking about a lifestyle change that some people will be skeptical about.  I was.  Nobody gets rich overnight. Accept that some people will say no.  Giving up should not be an option.  You should always be trying to learn more.

Getting Back into P90X and Blogging

Hello fellow bloggers and followers
I am back to doing what I love.  Writing about positive things related to fitness and life in general.  After 1.5 years I am trying to gt back on the horse as it relates to my fitness goals. It has been a struggle.  I have had good momentum in the past.  Great exercise, bad eating then bad exercise, great eating.  After 5 days of a new round of P90X, I feel like I have a good mix now.

After hearing my upline coach talk about the Beachbody Summitt and all the great things happening.  i have decided to simply redouble my efforts. I am finally in a place in my mind to just get after it and stop making excuses.  This blog will be dedicated to staying on track.  I am going to ask you to follow along to really see if I can truly get the results I have been looking for.  If you are on the sidelines right now and feel like you need a push.  I want you to join me.

The Positive Doctrine!!

As you know I try to be a positive person.  It is not always easy but these are some simple rules to live by.

1) Clap - Whenever you see something or someone doing something awesome, clap. show that person their actions made you feel good.
2) The inside and the outside - People always say it is what is on the inside that counts and that is very valid but also the outside means something too.  If you look good and you worked really hard to get yourself their, be proud of that.
3) In one year.....  99% of your life right now will be different in your life in one year so don't let the moment effect everything.  
4 Take actions, lose excuses - If you make excuse, you get what you get.  If you take action, you start to control your own fate.

5) Get off your ass - I don't know anyone who is successful sitting on their ass.
6) Love something - Share yourself by loving something.


By being positive life starts to get better!!  Trust me, take action, right now!!

Have a little faith!!

As a beachbody coach, I struggle every day!!  There is never enough time in the day to work out or share the great business opportunity with my friends.  I travel alot for my job and I forget to take care of my most valuable tool, my body.  I offer you what I do to keep myself focused.  It is simply to have a little faith!!.

Have a little faith - In your workouts, miss one, get back on track

Have a little faith - Working on my business and sharing the coach opportunity.  Forget the ones that tell me it will never work, others will find it a true game changer in their lives. Check this link for more details

Have a little faith in your transformation - Slowly but surely I will be ripped.  If I stay focused with my diet and workouts.  I will get the great body I want.

Have a little faith in people - I know my journey is helping others.  Maybe sometimes I don't think so but people will respond to me if i stay positive.

Have a little faith - I am never giving up.  I am going to keep crushing it and no one will stop me.  I am the CEO of my body.  All excuses are on me.

So when you are down and feel like your business or your fitness is going to hell.  Remember have a little faith in yourself.  You can make it happen.  Take the action

Being a Leader in the Beachbody Business!!!

Being a leader in any business is not about knowledge, perception or toughness.  Leadership is about putting others in position to be successful. They say in this world that a leader with no follower is a guy just out for a walk.  I try to be a leader in my beachbody business.  These are my principles.

1) My business is about helping people reach their fitness goals - I try to make people realize that being their coach is about their goals, their programs and their dreams. I never want my business to be about my personal benefits to their success.  It's about them living a healthier lifetstyle.  It's about helping them.  Everything else is non sense.
2) Being personal - When someone tells me they are struggling, it is my job to listen and offer advice, no more no less.  I never offer a program, that is inpersonal.  What I try to do is talk about a plan.  Maybe it's not p90X or insanity, maybe it is just, get off the couch and take a walk.  People are much more grateful when you offer baby steps and not a sales pitch
3) Never be jealous of other people's success - When you hear about 10 star diamonds in four different business centers it can be frustrating, you are positive and helping or at least you think you are just as much as they are but your are not getting results.  focus on you and your personal development.  Remember Rome was not built in a Day.
4) It's is ultimately about doing - Whatever it takes for you to break out of your comfort zone, you have to do it.   Leaders lead others.  Praying is great and wishing is great but not taking action will lead you no where.  At the end of the day, you are offering a solution,, putting that solution in front of people can be hard and rejection will happen, but you must take action.
5) Get in shape yourself. - Leaders are people you can count on and are looked up to.  If you are offering a solution and you have not even developed your own program of success, how will you expect people to follow you.  Be passionate about getting in shape.  If you don't, no one will want to work with you!!, that is fact!!
6) Different media - Leaders will find any and all ways to market their solution and personal brand.  (Blogs, emails, videos, chats.  How do you connect with others in a positive, motivating way will lead and draw people to you.  Make it personal, make it real.  My business is about fighting obesity.  This could be life or death for someone.  If a certain program has worked for you, let it out.
7) Rejection of the Beachbody Coaching concept - This must be a scheme and you can't make real money doing it.  Leaders set the example of what can truly happen. The people i have as coaches in my business are like family to me. Many people are simply not ready for your business and that is OK.  Rejection comes with any business.  Leaders do not take it personally, they work like dogs for other ways to get people fired up.  When 5 people tell you no, find the one person who will say yes.

Finally, If all else fails, be a leader for your body.  You are the CEO of the greatest tool God have given you, your body. You can decide, right now, today, that you are ready to start the journey.  You will be afraid and not know things but leaders are always looking to take their game to the next level even if they don't know what results will come about.

Leaders look at rejection as part of the process not the end of the process.  Here is to you finding your leadership soul and crushing your beachbody business

Why Beachbody Products Work!!

1) I am in my living room working out and seeing sweat.
2) I have a coach that motivates the crap out of me.
3) The programs work every part of your body.  (Cardio, push ups, pull ups, the works.)
4) A community of people that are striving for the same things - losing weight, ending obesity
5) These programs force you to dig deeper and reach new heights. I am at a whole new level.
6) I have a calendar and know what to do.  Finally a plan.
7) Motivation!! Motivation!!! Motivation!!

8) I get to sells these products as a coach and make money as a coach!!
9) My energy level is crazy and actually feel more tired when i am not working out
10) I have stop making excuse because these program hold me accountable

Diet Ice Cream and some other wacky fitness facts!!

So here are the 8 funniest things about fitness. This is dedicated to people who have lost focus and want a funny way to get back into fitness.

1) I am not fat, my abs are just shy!!
2) It's diet ice cream so I'm good.
3) Crown Royale is not an energy drink, now you tell me.
4) Does this outfit make me look fat!!  Ahh the easy questions
5) If their is caramel in the food, chances are, it's probably not good for you.
6) Any food that has hostess in it, is always the devil's food :)
7) Do a 100 push ups right now.  Ok, talk to you in 3 days.
8) I am going to run a marathon.  You run around the block and realize hey it's easier getting  a I survived a marathon shirt and watching it on TV.
9) I lost 20 lbs doing insanity.  I lost 50 lbs doing p90X.  I lost 150 lbs on Turbo Fire.  I lost so much weight I disappeared. I guess that is the topper :)


OK, love people that give me hardcore advice, but something during your health journey you have to laugh.  hope this did it for you.  Now I am off to get a head of lettuce and some diet ice cream for dinner.
